24-hour presence.

We do everything to make you feel safe and well in our car park. Our highly trained staff and the security department at the Grand Casino Lucerne are available for help and advice around the clock and monitor the parking areas as well as the entrances and exits.

Generous and well-lit parking bays.

All parking bays are generous and well lit. All of the parking spaces also provide visual contact to the next parking level or to the exit. The glass walls also give extra support to the transparency inside the car park, as well as in the lift and in the stairways.

Video surveillance.

The entire parking area is monitored with a modern surveillance system, including the lift and stairways. Nothing remains hidden to the cameras. The car park staff are on the spot should you make an SOS call, and will take care of you competently and responsibly.

DAB+ and cell phone reception throughout the parking garage.

We have upgraded. As the first parking garage in Switzerland, you can now benefit from excellent DAB-Plus and cell phone reception (Swisscom) right into the farthest corner.

Defibrillator.

In the event of a potential cardiac arrest, every second counts. That's why it's all the more important to have life-saving equipment to hand immediately in an emergency. Our fully automatic defibrillator is located right at the entrance next to the company office and can be operated by anyone without any prior knowledge. Safe is safe.
